Client Support • Provide client support via phones and emails on Payment, Goods and Services, Travel, Travel Accounting, and Leave recording system. • Triage and assign email cases to service desk analysts • Create reports on service desk stats and login schedule • Collate client satisfaction survey feedback and send the weekly report • Review internal processes and suggest process improvements • Initiate regular knowledge huddles; share content discussed with the team Documentation • Triage and post news items to the Accounting business Services website; post travel-related kiosks to my Travel; submit kiosks to the Internal Communications team Selection Criteria: Candidates must have: • A Bachelor’s degree • The ability to gather, organize, and present data in a user-friendly format • The ability to communicate clearly and without errors • Strong analytical skills • Attention to detail • Basic skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point • Ability to execute tasks independently
