- Work Hours: 9.30AM - 6.30PM Week days, Ist Saturday Declared Off, Rest 3 Saturdays 9.30AM – 1.30PM-(Reward Program: Rest 3 Saturdays' can also be Off if a Recruiter releases 3 Candidate offers in that month)

Recruiter's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- 1. Understand Job description and source matching profiles through Job Portals, Linkedin, References and other Social Media sources
- 2. Interact with candidates and validate their skills mentioned in the profile, provide client info, know role interest and set candidate expectations
- 3. Showcase our Clients brand and advantages and convince candidates for the open positions
- 4. Assess their interest levels and seriousness in job change to avoid no-shows for interview & last minute offer/joining decline
- 5. Maintain continuous flow of profiles for allocated job mandates
